Johnny Lightning and Hot Wheels
Submitted by Mark on Fri, 2007-06-15 20:54I was looking through some of my old childhood stuff and ran across lots of Johnny Lightning and Hot Wheels cars and tracks. I recall liking JL the better of the two. Possibly because of the way the track worked. Rather than having a motorized "supercharger" that shot the car around the track, you had a little catapult-type thing that you manually flung the car with. When it completed the lap, you caught it with the catapult and shot it again. Much more skill was involved and the cars blasted around a lot faster.
